Lecture: Understanding Styles and the Separation of Form and Content
Studio Class: Simple Styling with CSS – Moving to the XHTML template.

Week 6   23rd Apr

Lecture: From Simple to Complex. Advanced CSS/XHTML design practices. ‘Researching’ design – Finding form.
Studio Class: Integrating Photoshop and CSS.

Week 7   30th Apr

Lecture:  Writing with Interaction.
Studio Class: Javascript/Flash/Lists and buttons    Rollovers and Animated Elements

Lecture: RSS and an emergent web ontology – understanding the contemporary network
Studio Class: Working with an RSS, Feed from Delicious, Twitter, Youtube.

Week 9   14th May

Lecture: Telling a story – Thinking through form and ‘subject’ – Your video profile
Studio Class: Storyboarding, scripting and workshopping your profile

Week 10    21st May

Lecture: ‘Motion’ Graphics, Video Textures, and Titles
Studio Class: Incorporating photoshop, flash and final cut.

Week 11   28th May

Sound Design – Thinking sound based media
Studio Class: Integrating Soundtrack Pro.

Week 12 4th June

Lecture: Reflection, Feeding back, and Feeding forward.
Studio Class: Working on Final Project.
